Hi there!

I'm a stop-motion modelmaker & animator based in Bristol, as well as a 2026 graduate of the animation course at UWE Bristol.

Originally from Angola, I came to the UK to get a further understanding and learning of this medium and art form that I love so dearly.

 

Whilst interested in all types of making, my specialism lies in puppet making. Over the past few years I’ve learned various ways as to how a puppet can be made and how to make it work best for its intended purpose, which can range from the simplest of movements to energetic dancing. My personal experience in stop-motion animation also allows me to better understand what any animator I work with in the future needs for their own puppets.

I am also proficient in prop making, sewing (both by hand and by machine), felting, and tiny wig creation!

Through my work, I hope to convey my adoration for my many interests like physical comedy, musical theatre and the supernatural.
